While I do not offer monthly property management I am able to offer you tenant placement services. This is the most important aspect of rentals.
Services can include:
- advertising the property for rent online
- yard "For Rent" sign
- holding open house(s)
- meeting with prospective tenants
- screening prospective tenants
background check
credit check
employment verification
rental/housing verification
- conducting the initial walkthrough to include pictures of the property inside and out
- reviewing and signing the rental/lease agreement
- handing over keys

RELOCATING?
Are you looking to move out of California? I'm a licensed Broker in Idaho, Oregon, and most recently Tennessee. I've traversed from Boise all the way up North to Bonners Ferry. The terrain varies greatly from region to region. As a frequent visitor to Oregon over the past two decades I've seen a lot of beautiful territory. Tennessee is the newest destination and I'm still getting to know the lay of the land around Knoxville.
My experience with owning properties in other states - from property management, remodeling, and what to expect from extreme weather will be invaluable. I've learned a lot!
